If you believe an item on KaoGarden uses your work without permission, send a clear notice so we can review it.

Include these details

Your name and contact information.
The URL of the KaoGarden item and a description of the work you own.
The location of the original work, if available.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized and that the information in the notice is accurate.

Send a notice

Email copyright@kaogarden.com with the subject “Copyright notice”. We may contact the submitting creator, remove or restrict the item while reviewing it, and retain a record of the request for safety and legal compliance.

Creator response

Creators may reply with evidence of permission or ownership. Repeated infringement can lead to submission limits or account action under our Community Guidelines.
