Using the service

You are responsible for activity on your account and for checking that a piece is suitable for the place where you use it. Do not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, or use automation to inflate views, saves, or earnings.

Creator submissions

You may submit work only when you have the rights and permissions needed to make it available. You grant KaoGarden a limited license to host, resize, index, display, and distribute the submission as part of the service. You keep ownership of your original work.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are processed by Whop. Access is based on confirmed provider events, not an unverified browser redirect. Cancellation, refunds, taxes, and payment-method details are handled under the applicable checkout terms.

Changes and availability

KaoGarden is evolving. We may change features, remove content that violates these terms, or pause a feature for safety, maintenance, or legal reasons.
